In this article, I am going to focus on how Goozzby Pros can enhance their profiles in order to win more jobs. Customers always check your profiles before making a hiring decision and it is on these profiles that customers leave Reviews or Feedbacks which will have an impact in you getting the next job.
1. Start working on your profile by clicking Professional on the far right corner.
2. Click View Profile
Here you are presented with several options.
a) Write a short story about your business in “About Us”
b) Add more categories when you are able to provide more services to the public.
c) Add your qualification to assist customers in making their hiring decisions.
d) Add your Profile Summary
e) Add your Profile Image
f) Your photo gallery is one of the most important parts of your Profile. This showcases what you can do for the customers. Nice pictures up to 10 can be uploaded.
g) Lastly Update your Profile.

After completing a job, please remember to ask for feedback from your customers. Getting good reviews only helps you to continue getting jobs. The reviews centre on the following criteria:
- Punctuality: Always get to your customer on the agreed times. If it’s not possible, please call them in advance. Remember that your customers are as busy as you are.
- Trustworthiness: This cannot be said better, No one wants to hire anyone not trustworthy. This is a prerequisite of all the Goozzby Pros.
- Tideness: Cleanliness is next to God. All professionals must clean after themselves and make sure that they collect every debris once their task is completed. Scoring high on this is very advisable.
- Affordability: You do not have to be too cheap or too expensive. Cheap professionals struggle to get jobs in the same way as the expensive ones do. Customers are aware of the market rates hence its only prudent to price your jobs fairly.
- Workmanship: Your workmanship is a mirror of yourself as a professional. Always have pictures in your profile showing what you can do and what you have already done.
